Abstract

Peningkatan kualitas kepemimpinan pengurus organisasi mahasiswa menjadi perhatian utama dalam penelitian ini. Melalui program pelatihan dan pendampingan yang intensif, pengurus HMPS PAI STAI Ma’had Aly Al-Hikam Malang diberikan bekal keterampilan kepemimpinan yang relevan. Program ini dirancang dengan mengacu pada prinsip-prinsip pembelajaran yang efektif, meliputi analisis kebutuhan, perencanaan yang matang, pelaksanaan yang interaktif, dan evaluasi yang berkelanjutan. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa program ini berhasil meningkatkan kompetensi kepemimpinan peserta, baik dari segi pengetahuan maupun keterampilan. Lebih lanjut, pelatihan ini juga berkontribusi dalam membentuk karakter pemimpin yang berintegritas, inovatif, dan mampu menghadapi tantangan organisasi.
