Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di Dusun Gerumpung, Desa Sepit, Kecamatan Keruak, dengan tujuan untuk mengoptimalkan peran dan kekompakan pemuda melalui reformasi serta pendampingan organisasi kepemudaan. Minimnya partisipasi dan sinergi antarpemuda menjadi permasalahan utama yang berdampak pada lemahnya kontribusi mereka terhadap kegiatan sosial dan pembangunan desa. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan melalui beberapa tahapan, yaitu koordinasi dengan pemerintah desa, musyawarah pembentukan kepengurusan baru, serta pendampingan dalam penyusunan program kerja dan legalitas organisasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa reformasi organisasi mampu menumbuhkan semangat kebersamaan dan tanggung jawab sosial di kalangan pemuda. Terbentuknya struktur organisasi baru, tersusunnya program kerja rutin, serta adanya iuran dan pertemuan bulanan menunjukkan peningkatan solidaritas dan partisipasi aktif pemuda dalam kegiatan masyarakat. Selain itu, kegiatan ini juga mendorong kolaborasi antara pemerintah desa, tokoh masyarakat, dan pemuda dalam menciptakan lingkungan sosial yang lebih produktif dan berdaya.
