Abstract

This service discusses the stages of preparation, management reform, and organizational assistance in community service activities. The preparation stage involved coordination with youth and village government through direct meetings and digital communication, which took place from March to June 2024. The management reform was carried out through a large deliberation attended by 43 youths, with an agenda that included the election of a new chairperson through voting. Organizational assistance aims to maintain cohesiveness and program sustainability, with the results of assistance that includes applying for legality, preparing integrated work programs, orphan compensation programs, and regular board meetings. These regular meetings also serve to discuss community and state issues and strengthen kinship among youth members.
