Abstract

Effective financial management is a critical factor in the sustainability and development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia. However, numerous MSMEs encounter challenges in financial management, leading to financial constraints and business failure. The objective of this service is to provide training on simple and effective financial management for MSMEs. The program encompasses an introduction to the fundamentals of financial recording, cash flow management, and the utilization of digital technology in financial transaction recording. Additionally, participants are furnished with information regarding available funding sources for business development. The methods employed include outreach, training, workshops, and mentoring to ensure effective implementation. The anticipated outcome of this initiative is an enhancement in the comprehension and competencies of the participants concerning financial management, along with the capacity to obtain funding that aligns with their business requirements. Consequently, it is anticipated that MSMEs will undergo sustainable development and enhance their competitiveness in the market
