Optimizing Public Services in Bubode Village through Digitization of Village Administration
Keywords:
digitalization, optimalization, vilage administrationAbstract
The Bubode Village Public Service Optimization Program through Village Administration Digitalization aims to improve the efficiency, transparency, and accountability of public services through the implementation of a digital-based administrative system. With this system, the management of population data, correspondence, and village reporting can be carried out more quickly, accurately, and structurally, so that it is able to meet the needs of the community effectively. The activity began with a situation analysis using the SWOT method to understand the potential and challenges, followed by socialization to the community and technical training for village officials. This stage ensures the readiness of all parties in operating and utilizing the digital system. The implementation of the system will be accompanied by periodic evaluations to ensure the sustainability of the program. The expected outputs include a digital administration system that functions optimally, improving the competence of village officials, and more transparent and efficient public services. In addition, scientific publications are planned to document the results and provide references for other villages. The sustainability of the program will be supported through advanced training, strengthening technological infrastructure, and allocating a special budget in the APBDes. With this approach, Bubode Village is expected to become a model of a pilot village in the implementation of administrative digitalization that supports modern, adaptive, and responsive governance to the needs of the community.
