1. License to Publish
The author grants Cigarskruie: Journal of Educational and Islamic Research a non-exclusive right, under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License, to publish and disseminate the manuscript, including any accompanying tables, illustrations, or supplementary materials (hereafter referred to as "the Article"). This right extends to all forms of publication, in any language, globally, across print, electronic, and all other existing or future media, for the duration of the copyright. Furthermore, the author retains the right to grant similar permissions to other parties. This license also includes the right to enforce the granted rights against third-party infringement.
2. Author’s Warranties
The author affirms that the Article is original, authored by the stated individual(s), and has not been previously published. Additionally, the Article contains no unlawful statements, does not infringe upon the rights of third parties, and is subject to copyright exclusively vested in the author. The author further confirms that any required permissions for quoting from external sources have been duly obtained.
3. User Rights
In accordance with the Creative Commons license of Cigarskruie journal, both the author(s) and users are granted the freedom to share (copy and distribute the material in any medium or format) and adapt (remix, modify, and expand upon the material). Users are required to provide appropriate attribution, include a link to the license, and indicate any modifications made to the original work.
4. Author Rights
Authors retain the following rights:
- Full copyright ownership and other intellectual property rights associated with the Article, including patent rights.
- The right to utilize the core content of the Article in future scholarly works, such as books and lectures.
- The right to reproduce copies of the Article for personal use, provided they are not distributed for commercial purposes.
- The right to self-archive the Article in institutional repositories or other personal archives.
5. Co-Authorship
In cases where the Article has multiple authors, the signatory of this agreement affirms that all co-authors have granted authorization to sign on their behalf. Additionally, the signatory agrees to inform all co-authors of the terms stipulated in this agreement.
6. Royalties
This agreement does not entitle the author to any royalties or financial compensation. To the extent permitted by law, the author voluntarily waives any rights to collect royalties for the use of the Article by Cigarskruie or its sublicensees.
7. Miscellaneous
Cigarskruie will proceed with the publication of the Article following the completion of the editorial review process. The journal reserves the right to make necessary adjustments to punctuation, spelling, capitalization, and style to align with its editorial standards.
